We are a chef-driven cold-pressed juicerie and vegetarian restaurant. We source our produce from local farms including our own Shady Acres, growing organic vegetables right here on Bainbridge Island. Other sources include Tani Creek Farm and Persephone Farm, organic/biodynamic farms within a few miles of us. Even for the items that must come from further away, we work hard to find sustainable and organic sources.

We have built our menu without the use of refined sugars or gluten. Our plant-based cuisine begins with the finest vegetables and enhances them with umami-rich fermentations, from raw vinegars to koji ferments. Our food is wholesome, organic, clean & pure, designed with complete nutrition to make you feel great.
